Our offers fall into 3 main categories:

  • Consultancy Services
  • Training Services
  • Physical & Digital Products

Consultancy Services

Cancellation of consultancy services will be dependent on the individual agreement signed before payment was made. In the unlikely event payment was made without a signed agreement between Crack Agile or Treble 2 Ltd and the Client; cancellation can be made at any time without reason for a full, no questions asked, refund.

Training Services

Remote training services (i.e. those delivered via technology and where no face-to-face contact between Crack Agile representatives and the trainee(s) takes place) can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the course start time for a full refund, credit or date-switch (subject to availability).

Face to face training, either on-site or at a 3rd party location, may be cancelled subject to the conditions outlined in the Training Agreement. In the unlikely event payment was made without a signed agreement between Crack Agile or Treble 2 Ltd and the Client; cancellation can be made at any time without reason for a full, no questions asked, refund.

Physical & Digital Products

Physical products can be returned for a refund or replacement within forever. That’s right, you can change your mind at any time. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event you wish to return a physical product, please contact us at for a returns code. Returns received without a returns code will attract a 25% restocking fee. The reason for this is simple; we’re a small team. If we know a return is coming, we can prepare for it. If it just turns-up unannounced (like those acquaintances who just happen to be ‘passing by’ at meal times) we have to stop the value-added work currently in-play to manage the return. It may not seem much, but context switching of this type impacts our productivity by around 25%. Hence the restocking fee.

What can’t be returned?

Nothing. We will even accept a returns request for downloadable software products. Obviously, you can’t return a download, but we trust that you aren’t going to try ripping us off by asking for a refund while continuing to use the product. Clearly, no updates or support would be provided post-return/cancellation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product was made by a 3rd party, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds will be declined or where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any physical media that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 45 days after the returns code was issued. This timeline includes 15 days for delivery – providing you with at least 30 days to get it in the post.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately. We will not be liable for any delay in your account being credited caused by your card provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you believe a refund is missing, please check your card or bank account again.

If it still doesn’t show-up, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. They should be able to advise you if a credit is pending.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we’ll supply a returns code

Lodged funds

Any funds lodged with Treble 2 Ltd for future purchases, including – but not limited to – funds held on account or gifts, will hold their current value for as long as they are held. No interest will be paid against lodged funds for any reason.


All gift certificates remain valid indefinitely and are fully refundable. Where a gift certificate relates to a specific product or training course it will remain valid for that product or course regardless of any future price fluctuation. Where a gift certificate is for a monetary value, it shall hold that value without for as long as it remains unredeemed. No interest will be paid against the monetary value of any gift certificate for any reason. Gift certificates are refundable but only to the same payment method use for the original sale.

If a physical item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be forwarded to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue any refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please follow the instructions provided along with your refunds code.

If your refund is due to an error on our part, we will refund postage costs so long as they are clearly marked on the return label or postage label. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable as they do not form part of the original product. If we have paid for return shipping and the return is not due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As shipping is handled by third parties, we don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility to ensure your return is trackable and insured.
